Rough construction
It is set an implementation of frame-joist construction system.
The shuttering is from the German company PERI, bordered with
hydrophobic plywood. The requirement of the constructor is
to be obtained maximum smooth and even surfaces.
Finishing works
Walls
It is provided construction of the following type of walls,
at filling:
Inner – according to their function they are 15 cm or 25 cm,
implementated with bricks or Ytong.
Outside – walls from 25 cm, implementated from bricks or Ytong
with heat-isolation with Fibran 5 cm.
Ceilings
Living area – living rooms, cabinets, bedrooms, kitchens and
lobbys – stucco.
Sanitary area – bathrooms and WC – it is provided implementation
of hang up ceiling KNAUFF, with 9 mm stucco pasteboard.
Floors – filling 8 cm.
Doors
Entrance door – massive wooden door.
Garage door - type HORMANN, with additional option for remote
control.
Terrace doors – German system SCHUCO from PVC joinery – system
CORONA AS 60 – inside white, outside colour “Canadian”. Three-camera
frame. Forged with “Vario Tec” from SCHUCO – Germany. Glass-pack
24 mm, consisting of two glasses, noise and heat isolation.
Stairs
Inside stairs – filly
Outside stairs – granite.
Windows
German system SCHUCO from PVC joinery – system CORONA AS 60
– inside white, outside colour “Canadian”. Three-camera frame.
Forged with “Vario Tec” from SCHUCO – Germany. Glass-pack 24
mm, consisting of two glasses, noise and heat isolation.
Facades
Natural stone – MushalKalk, facing red decorative Dutch tiles
fuge 8 mm. Wjite mineral plaster.
Terraces – Railings according to architectural details, floorong
granitogres.
Fireplace – a place for fireplace, pipes.
Roof
Vapour-, hydro- and heatisolation, system type VEDAS/VILLAS,
with aluminium borders according to architectural detail. The
roof is steel-concrete. The steel-concrete part of the roof
is heat-isolated with fibran 8 cm. Covered with green roof-tiles.
Garages – flooring from grinded concrete.
III. Installations
For implementation of all installations are used proved brands
like HILTI, WALRAVEN and WURTH.
Heating
Cauldron – Castoron waterheating cauldron with liquid fuel
“HASTA”, manufactured by the Italian company “STARCLIMA”. Burners
for liquid fuel – “CHALLANGER”. Gas supply.
Pipes – Polypropilien polycoated pipes with aluminium putting
(PEX – AL – PEX)
Radiators – aluminium radiators Helyos and Plus – sectional
type, made in Italy.
Water and Sewerage – all water and sewerage installations are
polypropilien and PVC
Plumbing – independent system.
Sewerage – pipes from PVC.
Electricity – light installation, low tension current installation,
lightning installation according to projects, approved in SDA,
conformed with the standards.
Telecommunication – centralized structural cable system build
by “VILMAT” Ltd company, conformed with the standards ISO/IEC
11801/1995 EN 50173, EN 50167, EIA/TIA 568.
Cable TV
Voice and data transfer, including Internet delivery at the
appropriate places in each house.
Settled electrical installation, enabling permanent supply
of electricity.
Intercom system – implemented for every house in the complex,
connecting the house with the 24 hours security guard.
Meazurement – individual devices for measurement with possibility
to optimize consumption – heating, water, electricity – for
every separate house.
Environment
Pavements - with concrete tiles and grass areas.
Fence of the complex – concrete basement up to 1 m, faced with
artificial stone, massive metal fence.
Fence between the houses – metal fence up to 0.5 m.
Streets
Inside streets – asphalt-paved, fountain, light.
Outside streets – asphalt-paved, light.
